§ 1 Scope

Businesses between Irene Bridal and costumer are subject to the following conditions. Other conditions of the costumer are not accepted by Irene Bridal except it is otherwise agreed in writing.

§ 2 Contract

When ordering a product, the customer declares binding that he/she wants to acquire the ordered goods. We have the right to accept the contractual offer in the order within 45 days after receipt. The presumption may be explained either in writing or by delivery of the goods to the customer.
A compensation for late or non-delivery is excluded. The customer must be informed immediately if the product is not available. The contribution must be refunded immediately.
§ 3 Withdrawal and Return

Contract of sale can be cancelled by letter, fax or email within 3 days after receipt of goods. Irene Bridal is not responsible for the return-shipping-costs.

Irene Bridal will not refund full value of goods if the goods or will not accept your return or exchanges if

(a) are not in original condition
(b) are with perfume
(c) are damaged
(d) are finished according to customer’s special requirement (not as picture)
(e) are required to be received within three weeks, after payment received

(f) Due to all the dresses on IreneBridal.de are all Standard Size or custom-made according to the customers measurements,  We check them at least twice according to the size. So we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

(g) we don't accept,that customers order a few of dresses and choose one or two from them,send the others back to us.

(h) we are not responsible for the delay because of the transport.

(i)  specialty Items - delicate fabrics,fragile beading and intricate embroidery

Please note, that Irene Bridal won't refund value of goods and return-shipping-costs if goods returned incompletely or used.

Irene Bridal won't refund paid shipping costs.

§ 4 Terms of Delivery

If not agreed otherwise, goods will be delivered to the stated address in your order. Indicated times of deliveries are without obligation, except it was agreed otherwise. Delivery will be made after receipt of payment.

If the supplier of Irene Bridal is not able to supply with ordered goods Irene Bridal can cancel the contract. In this case the costumer will be informed. Payments will be refunded.

If the goods cannot be delivered through fault of the costumer and the goods return to Irene Bridal, the costumer is oblige to bare the shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deliver other/similar fabrics as shown on pictures.

§ 5 Method of delivery

Delivery will be made by DHL,TNT, EMS

§ 6 Terms of payment

Payments can be made via bank transfer, Paypal or Moneybooker. Payable within 7 days ex date of order. If it is not agreed otherwise, Irene Bridal only supply goods on advance payment.

If Irene Bridal occurred a detectable damage caused by delay, it can be asserted by Irene Bridal.

§ 7 Retention of title

Title to the invoiced goods will only pass to the customer when full payment of the invoice is received by Irene Bridal.

§ 8 Warranty

Notification of queries and/or complaints must be notified to Irene Bridal in writing within three (3) days of receipt of the goods. The costumer can ask for supplementary performance. Costumer's assignment of claim and advanced costumer's claims are excluded. Therefore Irene Bridal is not responsible for damages, which is not occurred on shipment, especially Irene Bridal is not responsible for missed profit or other financial losses of the costumer. This includes also personal vicarious liability for employees, factors and servants. If supplementary performance effects as a replacement supply, the costumer is obliged to return the first delivered goods within 14 days to Irene Bridal. If goods won't be returned within the stipulated time Irene Bridal is entitled to claim replacement for the first dispatched goods or hold payment. If supplementary performance effects as a withdrawal, the customer is obliged to return the goods within 20 days. If goods won't be returned within the stipulated time Irene Bridal is entitled to hold payment.

§ 9 Privacy policy

We store and process customer information exclusively to process the order, for customer care purposes and for credit assessment purposes. This includes the transfer of data to third parties (e.g. for credit assessment purposes) or for promotional purposes only to other companies in the consolidated group. The customer's data are always kept confidential and customer's interests worthy of protection are taken into account. The customer can contradict the use of data for advertising purposes at any time by written notice to us (address below).

§ 10 Responsibility for content

The contents of our pages were created with great care. But we can not take any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for own contents on these sites under the general laws as per § 7 Paragraph 1 of the German Teleservices Act (TMG). As per § 8 to 10 of the German Teleservices Act (TMG), we are not obliged to keep transmitted or stored third party information under surveillance or to investigate circumstances that indicate an illegal action. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Any responsibility, however, is only possible from the date of knowledge of a concrete violation. After notification of such a violation, we will immediately remove those contents.

§ 11 Exclusion of responsibility for third party links

Our site contains links to external websites we have no control over. Therefore, we also can not take any responsibility for those foreign contents. The provider or operator of those sites is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal offenses at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not visible at the time of linking. A permanent control of the linked sites without concrete evidence of a violation of the law is unreasonable. After notification of violations, we immediately remove such links.
