***How are your prices so low?
We are able to offer our featured collections online in such a low price because we operate at a lower overhead than retail shop. For example, we do not employ a sales staff, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.
***What is the delivery time for orders?
All orders will ship out from Irenebridal.de. After your payment was charged, we'll have 2-3 weeks to process your order(Because all wedding dresses or evening dresses should be custom-made to fit your body well). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 7 days for EMS Delivery to reach your hand.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
***When should I order?
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow at least 15 days ample time for production and shipping.
***How do I decide what size to order?
The Wedding dresses and prom gowns are different as normal dresses. Only if the dress fits you perfekt,it will looks comfortable and beautiful. So we stongly recommend you to choose a dress with custom-made. The dresses on Irenebridal.de you ordered can be tailored according to your measurement.
Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.
The customer is responsible for the size ordered and or whether or not to order extra length. Irenebridal.de cannot assume any responsibility for measurements.
***Can you make a dress according to the pictures I provide?
"Design your own style" is the special service supported by Irene Bridal design and product team. You can enjoy your favorite design with lowest price and luxurious fabrics using this unique service at Irenebridal.de.
Step 1: choose the pictures of the wedding dress need us to make. (Note: it'll be better providing front, back and detail pictures of the dress. The pictures should only be .jpg format and less than 2M in total)
Step 2: Send the pictures or the link page to info@irenebridal.de
with the title "To IreneBridal.de: Request for designing wedding gown". You can write down any of your ideas in the email.
Step 3: After receiving your Email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible to give you a reasonable price if we can make it for you.
